An idyllic day

8.30 a.m.
An enchanting awakening
After a restful night in the comfort of your room, open your eyes and the curtains! From your window, admire the first rays of sun shining on the valley of Courchevel. Your idyllic day at Le Strato can now begin.

9.45 a.m.
Vitamin-rich breakfast

A successful day's skiing depends, among other things, on a nourishing breakfast. Le Strato has thus come up with a buffet of a thousand flavours both sweet and savoury. Different kinds of bread, Viennese pastries, cereals, cheeses, cold meats, fresh fruit, juices and hot drinks, all you need to stock up on energy!

9 a.m.
Morning workout
To start the day on the right foot, treat yourself to a few laps in the heated pool at the Spa myBlend or a workout in the gym with its cutting-edge equipment. Even if short, a morning sports session brings lots of benefits: a higher level of energy and a clearer mind. The ideal routine before a day on the slopes.

10.30 a.m.
An elegant slalom
To perfect your style, contact the concierges to reserve a private or group session with an experienced instructor. Though before setting off to confront Les 3 Vallées, a pause is essential in the brand new Luxury Ski Room by Bernard Orcel, giving direct access to the slope of Cospillot. High-spec equipment awaits you here for unlimited pleasure on the ski-runs.

1.30 p.m.
Treats for the tastebuds
Skiing all morning whets the appetite. Back at Le Strato, be sure to discover S Corner, the hotel's new street-food concept that enhances flavours from all four corners of the globe with carefully selected seasonal products. On the menu, a Club Sandwich with beef from Les Grisons, Pad Thai, Shawarma, Fish & Chips etc. A well-deserved gourmet break before an afternoon devoted to discoveries.

5.30 p.m.
Tea-time

Relaxation after all your efforts. Head for the Strato's Bar to treat yourself to a tea-time pause relishing irresistible pastries accompanied by hot drinks. A warm setting with a velvety atmosphere, a great place to recover after a day full of thrills.

3 p.m.
The mountains seen differently
It's not just skiing or snowboarding that counts! A stay in the mountains is also the chance to discover a wide array of activities: outings on snow shoes, a ride in a dog sled, a toboggan run, initiation in snowmobiles, paragliding… For unforgettable souvenirs!

6.15 p.m.
Total relaxation

To perfectly round off this idyllic day, it is now (finally) time to disconnect at the Spa myBlend. This haven of serenity with views of the mountains is the ideal spot in which to relax with its heated pool, hammam, jacuzzi and two saunas. To let go completely, you can als opt for a facial or body care.

8 p.m.
Star-rated dining
Dining at the star-rated restaurant Baumanière 1850 is definitely the best way to end your day. Chef Thomas Prod’homme will invite your tastebuds to travel on a menu inspired by the Mediterranean with a touch of Savoy influences. A superb gastronomic experience, surrounded by the mountains.

10 p.m.
High vintage bar
Before drifting off to the land of dreams, pay a visit to the Bar. In an intimate ambiance, sip signature cocktails such as the "Pleetchy" with Plymouth gin and lime, or savour great vintages and rare wines, all to the rhythm of live music sessions on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
