After all those descents, just one dream: a comforting dish. At lunchtime, basking in the sun, or for dinner, behind picture windows, S Corner proposes ethical, chic street food to tempt the tastebuds. Local and seasonal products are rigorously selected by Thomas Prod’homme, Chef at the star-rated Baumanière 1850 restaurant.
As per his signature, he concocts healthy, inventive cuisine with world influences. A sandwich with beef from Les Grisons, sushi with flame-lacquered trout and grains of caviar, tataki with Saint-Jacques scallops and pine vinaigrette, lamb shawarma marinated in oriental spices… Taste and audacity! Followed by cheesecake with farm milk, tiramisu with Savoy biscuit and celery mascarpone – a reference to the region –, donuts with milk rice and saffron from Les Bauges, creamy waffles with Ribot milk jam.
Under a blue or starry sky, from Savoy to distant lands, the voyage is divinely exquisite.
